Ordering & Shipping

Free Delivery or collection from our studio in Ramsey Forty Foot.  Your order will be shipped within 3 working days of being placed.  Delivery will then take 2-3 days via Royal Mail.  Please see terms and conditions below prior to placing your order.

Terms & Conditions – Please read before placing an order

1. As all items are created to order, once your order is placed it will not be possible to cancel.
2. All items are shipped within Royal Mail.  We do our best to ensure items are shipped and delivered on time but on rare occasions if elements are out of stock it may take slightly longer to get your arrangement shipped.  Should this be the case we will get in touch to discuss the options with you.  If you require a delivery by a certain date we recommend that you get in touch prior to placing an order.
3. Your arrangement will be based upon but not identical to the image shown.  Each arrangement is unique and as such there will be minor differences and slight variations to the colours.
4. No refund will be made unless the arrangement is damaged in transit to you or a mistake has been made with your order.  All arrangements are quality control checked before shipping.
5. While all floral elements are treated against fading, there will be some natural fading over time.  As such we recommend against placing in direct sunlight.
6. Instructions for care of your arrangement will be provided within your package, if you should have any further questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
7. Our arrangements are not suitable to be left outside.
